These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website lomitolab.com, as well as the purchase of products offered through our online store.
By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on our website, you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our policies published on the site, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refunds and Returns Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website or make purchases through it.
LomitoLab uses Shopify technology to operate this online store and provide a secure and functional shopping experience.
1. Use of the Site
By using this site, you declare that you are of legal age in your place of residence or that you have authorization from your parent or legal guardian to make purchases.
You agree to use this site only for legal purposes and in a responsible manner. You may not use the site to commit fraud, submit false information, attempt to compromise the security of the store, or affect its operation.
2. Information Provided by the Customer
To process your order, we may request information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing information, payment details, and, when necessary, tax or customs information.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and updated information. LomitoLab will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or problems resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Products
At LomitoLab, we do our best to display our products clearly and accurately, including photographs, descriptions, prices, features, and package contents.
However, the colors, sizes, or appearance of the product may vary slightly depending on the screen, device settings, or visual editing of the images.
Product descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Prices and Promotions
All prices published in the store are expressed in Mexican pesos, unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable price will be the one shown at the time of purchase and confirmed in the order summary.
Promotions, discounts, or launch offers may have limited validity and may be subject to availability.
The final order price may include the cost of the product, shipping, applicable taxes, and any other charge shown during the checkout process.
5. Orders
By placing an order with LomitoLab, you are making a purchase request for the selected products.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a notification with your order information. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders in case of inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, incorrect information, inability to deliver, or any other situation that prevents the purchase from being processed correctly.
If we need to cancel an order that has already been paid, we will notify you by email and, when applicable, issue the corresponding refund to the original payment method.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through secure platforms enabled in Shopify.
LomitoLab does not directly store customers’ full bank card details. Payment information is processed by external payment providers under their own security standards.
The customer declares that they are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information entered is true and correct.
7. Tax Information, RFC, or Customs Information
For certain shipments, especially international shipments or shipments subject to customs review, the shipping carrier or corresponding authority may request additional recipient information, such as RFC, CURP, or other information necessary to process the delivery.
The customer agrees to provide this information when required in order to complete the shipment.
LomitoLab will use this information only for purposes related to processing, shipping, delivery, billing, or legal compliance of the order, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times shown in the store are estimates and may vary due to product availability, delivery area, shipping carrier, holidays, high demand, weather conditions, customs processes, or causes beyond our control.
LomitoLab will track the order and provide available tracking information when applicable.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, absence of the recipient, or refusal of the package, we may request payment for a new shipment to resend the product.

9. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@lomitolab.com and include your order number.
We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed, shipped, or prepared by the supplier or shipping carrier.
When cancellation is possible, the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment method.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy.
In general, the customer may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the product, as long as the product is unused, clean, complete, in good condition, and with its original packaging.
Because these are products related to pet cleaning and hygiene, returns of products that have been used, stained, damaged by misuse, or are not in suitable condition for inspection will not be accepted.
If the product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us as soon as possible at hola@lomitolab.com with clear photographs of the product, packaging, and order number.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
11. Warranty
Products offered by LomitoLab include a warranty against manufacturing defects in accordance with applicable law.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, normal wear and tear, improper handling, inadequate cleaning, modifications to the product, or use different from the indicated purpose.
To request a warranty review, email us at hola@lomitolab.com with your order number, a description of the problem, photographs or video of the product, and evidence of the defect.
Once the case has been reviewed, we may offer repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or another applicable solution as appropriate.
12. Proper Use of the Product
The customer agrees to use LomitoLab products according to their intended function, instructions for use, and published recommendations.
RecoPopo is designed as a support tool for picking up pet waste using compatible bags. Incorrect use of the product may affect its operation or cause damage.
LomitoLab will not be responsible for damage resulting from improper use, use with incompatible bags, rough handling, exposure to extreme conditions, or lack of cleaning when necessary.
13. Product Availability
Product availability may change without prior notice.
If a purchased product is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative, wait for restocking, or cancel the order with a refund.
14. Errors, Inaccuracies, or Omissions
The site may contain information with typographical errors, pricing errors, availability errors, or errors in descriptions, images, or promotions.
We reserve the right to correct any error, modify information, or cancel orders affected by obvious errors, even after they have been placed, while notifying the customer when appropriate.
15. Intellectual Property
All site content, including texts, images, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, trade names, and visual elements, belongs to LomitoLab or is used with the corresponding authorization.
It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or use LomitoLab content without prior written authorization.

16. Comments, Reviews, and Customer Content
If you submit comments, photographs, reviews, suggestions, or any other content related to our products or services, you authorize us to use such content for customer service, improvement, promotion, advertising, or communication purposes for LomitoLab, unless you expressly indicate otherwise.
The customer declares that the submitted content is their own, truthful, and does not infringe the rights of third parties.

LomitoLab uses Shopify as the technology platform to operate its online store.
Any purchase made in this store is made directly with LomitoLab. Shopify is not the seller of the products and is not responsible for LomitoLab’s commercial operation, customer service, shipping, returns, or warranties.
